All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order and will take 6-12 weeks to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. At this time all domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with Australia Post with your tracking number.

All orders are processed for dispatch within one-three business day.

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you upon placement, as well as tracking info when your order has been dispatched.

During new collection launches and sale periods, we endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times however processing may take up to two business days.

From dispatch, delivery speeds are subject to courier capacity and may be delayed during busy selling periods e.g. Christmas.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES 

Please note we do not cover Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes and do not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes vary between countries. Additional Fees, Duties and/or Taxes may be applied at the port of entry of the receiver's country.

If you are unsure about Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes in your country, please contact your Postal Provider or Customs Office prior to placing an order. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied at Customs in the receiving country.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional Fees, Duties and/or Taxes that may apply.  Payment is necessary for your parcel to be delivered.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If you have placed multiple orders and/or purchase multiple items, these may be shipped separately - If this occurs, you will be updated accordingly with separate tracking numbers. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (25 days internationally). Once the return is received, please expect up to 3- 5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit. Please email us at info@caliacollection.com and we will be happy to help.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email for Return Code
Please email info@caliacollection.com with a short description of your need to return. If there is an issue with the product, please include a photo to help our team best assist you. You will be provided with a Return Code via email to ensure your return is dealt with as quick and easy as possible.

2. Pack
Please re-use the packaging your order arrived in if possible. Alternatively, you are welcome to use alternative packaging as long as the product is secure.

3. Post
To ensure your return is safe, trackable and processed ASAP - please Express Post to the following address and provide the Shipping Carrier Name (e.g. DHL Express) and Tracking Number to info@caliacollection.com

As this is a PO Box address, do not add a 'signature on delivery' requirement to the parcel - this may result in extended delays.

4. Assess
Once we have received your return, we will assess the item to make sure everything is in order.  Please allow 5 days from when the item reaches us for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email notification on the status and eligibility of your return as soon as the assessment has been confirmed. 

5. Finalise
Once approved, your Store Credit or Exchange will be processed and confirmed via email.

Conditions

• Returns must be posted within 14 days of an order being delivered. 
• Garments must be in original condition with all tags intact and must not have been worn, altered or washed/laundered.
• We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed to be faulty. We check all stock before it is sent out to ensure there are no issues. 
• Please note Calia is not liable for any return costs or providing customers with return labels. 
• All sale purchases are final and not eligible for return.
• We strongly recommend utilising a traceable delivery method to return your item/s. Calia Collection is not liable for any items lost in return transit.
• Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Please note: we do not accept returns for items used for events, photoshoots, or posted wearing on social media. Items must be unworn with all tags intact to be accepted.
• If your return arrives in less than the original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and you will be responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back to you, or you may be charged a dry cleaning fee.
• Shipping and handling charges, insurance protection, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. customs, VAT) are not refundable.
