Pre-Order Returns & Exchanges Policy
As all pre-order items are ordered and allocated as soon as we receive your purchase to avoid excess production and wastage, pre-order purchases are not eligible for refunds. If your pre-order item is not suitable, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange in accordance with our returns policy.
